This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day asset management of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate loans across multiple property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, self-storage, student housing, mixed-use, and specialty assets. The Associate will play a critical role in monitoring loan performance, managing borrower relationships, evaluating property and market performance, identifying portfolio risks, and supporting loan resolutions, modifications, and capital events.
