p>Job Description: The Department of Engineering Education (EEd) in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) at the University of Florida (UF) is soliciting applications for a full-time, twelve-month, non-tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Master Lecturer (working title Assistant/Associate/Full Instructional Professor) in the areas of computer programming and artificial intelligence with connected technical expertise in either mechanical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, or civil engineering.
Preferred: The ideal candidate will have experience teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses and will demonstrate a strong understanding of advanced programming areas, including modern machine learning and deep learning methods (e.g., MATLAB and Python) Expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred: mechanical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, or civil engineering.
