How You'll Contribute: As the Legal Counsel at Diversified, you will report directly to the General Counsel and serve as a strategic legal advisor to our sales, operations, procurement, and leadership teams. What You'll Do: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other business contracts.
