Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in Federal service or equivalent paid/nonpaid experience in the private or public sector performing litigation support assignments using a variety of methods and software applications to process complex or high-volume electronically stored information (ESI); evaluating data types and developing workflows; analyzing and managing electronic evidence by validating data usability, resolving processing issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining secure handling and tracking procedures; designing and administering document review databases using advanced search strategies and analytics; and leading complex electronic discovery productions by developing production strategies, ensuring compliance, conducting quality control, and resolving technical issues. Specialized Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in Federal service or equivalent paid/nonpaid experience in the private or public sector working in a legal environment assisting with processing electronically stored information (ESI) by organizing, labeling, and preparing files for review or production; maintaining tracking logs for electronic and paper records; using computer applications and databases to enter, retrieve, update, sort, search, and organize information in accordance with established procedures; preparing documents for distribution by copying, scanning, and formatting materials; and providing administrative and technical support by responding to routine inquiries, following instructions, completing assignments timely, and using office software and equipment to support operations.
