You will collaborate closely with the Legal, Sales, Lease Management, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure matters and documentation progress efficiently and on time.\n \nEssential Job Functions\n \nThe following tasks are illustrative of the types of work that the Legal Leasing Paralegal will perform, and may change depending on business need.\n \nLegal Contract Assistance:\n\n Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing customer lease documents, including tenant order forms, change orders, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements, lease agreements, colocation agreements, development agreements, master service agreements, service orders, and related documents.\n \n\n Draft commencement notices, delay notices, and other correspondence relating to customer agreements.\n \n\n Prepare summaries and abstracts of customer agreements and provide guidance on the terms of customer agreements; provide assistance related to the implementation, design, and maintenance of AI-enabled lease abstracting system.\n \n\n Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, matter trackers, and competing priorities.\n \n\n Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\n \n\n Proven ability to interpret and apply legal principles in a business context.\n \n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n \n\n Experience with contract management systems and legal operations tools is a plus.\n \n\n Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.\n \n\n Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\n \n\n Impeccable integrity, credibility, character, and ethics.\n \n\n Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.\n \n\n \nPhysical Demands and Special Requirements\n\n The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
