Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Market Access, Business Development, Facilities/Real Estate, Finance, Information Technology, Compliance and other applicable business units as needed to lead and manage the administration of our contracting process, including drafting, participating in contract negotiations, revising, finalizing customer and procurement contracts, and analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms and to help ensure contracts are compliant with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Tracks and monitors contracts throughout their lifecycle from inception to execution and post-implementation; utilize and manage electronic Contract Management System technology; maintains knowledge of status and information within contracts; facilitates the routing, approval, and execution of third-party contracts, and compiles all executive summary documents to present for review including contract and credentialing documents, financial models, legal and operational review comments, issue memos, etc.
