Advises users on optimal choices for authoritative and cost-effective research; Assists with developing formal orientation and training sessions and walk-in tours for incoming attorneys and staff, as necessary; Prepares and updates annotated CravathNet legal research links, special topical lists and alerts and Spinoffs, EResources topics and descriptions, and/or other marketing and outreach materials aimed at new or existing users; Handles interlibrary loan requests and evaluates the most cost effective options for large document requests using document service provider online subscriptions; Researches and writes regular and systematic summaries and updates on topics of special interest to attorneys, as needed; Continuously monitors the Quest system for incoming requests, and responds in a full, accurate and timely manner; Completes relevant fields and resolves the same day; Uses project management and planning skills to prioritize competing assignments, works within recognized budgetary constraints and consistently meets tight deadlines; Tests, evaluates and provides detailed feedback on new or updated technology and business applications, knowledge management tools and devices, as needed; Continually reviews content and functionality of third-party databases.
