GSD provides general administrative support to the Bureau (i.e. provision of contract services, procurement of goods/services, building/property related matters, supplies/equipment, asset management, domestic emergency planning, records management, Bureau's security/safety programs, and supplies for consular sections overseas, etc.). Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing acquisition and contract administration support for complex Federal contracts, including developing requirements packages, statements of work, contractor performance oversight, contract modifications, and coordination of pre-award and post-award activities.
