The successful candidate will leverage analytics, forecasting, and operational insights to identify staffing gaps, improve nurse utilization, reduce open patient care hours, and build scalable processes that support continued growth. Reporting to the VP of Nursing Operations, this leader will oversee our Staffing Coordinator team and be responsible for optimizing nurse capacity, improving staffing performance, and ensuring patients receive the nursing coverage they need.
