Provides operational leadership for new-hire and pre-placement health screening, immunization and surveillance programs, tuberculosis screening, respirator medical clearance and fit testing, workplace exposure follow-up, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work processes, and other occupational health services. Oversees employee and occupational health services by: Ensuring consistent delivery of new-hire and pre-placement health screenings, immunization review and administration, tuberculosis screening, respirator medical clearance and fit testing, drug-screen coordination, and other required health assessments.
