ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Provide professional clinical services, including, but not limited to:Develop, implement and maintain skills group and expressive/art therapy group curriculum; Facilitate group services utilizing Art Therapy interventions; Perform psychosocial assessments and expressive therapy assessments; Conduct treatment planning including creating and editing individualized treatment plans in the electronic medical record; Provide care coordination, after care planning and case management services to assigned patients; Provide crisis intervention; Conduct family and individual therapy; and. Specifically, the Art Therapist develops curriculum, prepares and facilitates daily skills and expressive therapy groups using art, media, imagery, and the creative process to help patients address social, emotional, psychological, and physical challenges in the milieu.
