p>Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): Required • Masters Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required • Three years experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy: Preferred • Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members: Preferred.
Job Summary: Provides behavioral health assessments, diagnosis and treatment, as well as discharge planning to and consultation about patients and families to assist them and the health care team in coping with patients hospitalization, illness, diagnosis and treatment, including emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders.
