Assists with recruiting and training staff, developing schedules, evaluating performance, motivating employees to achieve goals, and maintaining current and complete staff certification records. Performs additional duties/responsibilities/projects as directed by the Aquatic Director including evening Director on Duty, fill in Lifeguard and Swim Instructor shifts as needed.
