p>Position Summary: Under the supervision of our executive chef the Line Cook position is a mid level role in the kitchen, responsible for the prep and plating for hot appetizers, cookery of vegetables, starches, sauces, meats and fish with a variety of cooking methods and equipment for our outlets, including Le Depot French Brasserie and Union Patisserie.
