Manage assigned Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Discharge, and other bankruptcy accounts, queues, and workflows throughout the bankruptcy lifecycle by: Reviewing and interpreting account data, petitions, plans, court orders, payment history, collateral status, customer intent, and supporting documents to determine appropriate treatment and follow-up. The Bankruptcy Associate is primarily responsible for effective case management and the resolution of complex issues to protect the company from loss related to customer accounts impacted by bankruptcy proceedings or discharge.
