Applies technology and proprietary AI tools to increase the speed, accuracy, and consistency of legal work (e.g., drafting, summarization, risk flagging), while ensuring careful review, defensible documentation, secure data handling, and compliance with applicable laws, ethical obligations, and internal AI-use guidelines. Analyzes, supervises, and manages claims brought by the Company and claims, potential claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries brought against the Company ("Claims"); responds to Departments of Insurance inquiries and other Claims; reports Claims to and coordinates any applicable responses with insurance carriers; and provides reports to General Counsel and/or management regarding Claims.
