Relevant experience may include disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including matters involving purchase agreements, earn-outs, indemnification claims, post-closing adjustments, representations and warranties, valuation issues, or related post-transaction claims. Prepare for and support trials and arbitrations, including developing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, drafting pre- and post-hearing submissions, and assisting with courtroom or hearing strategy.
