You will collaborate closely with legal and claims teams, provide thought leadership on subrogation matters, and contribute to meaningful financial and operational impact through successful recovery efforts. Manage all aspects of complex auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and post-trial motions.
