Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining frequent communication and providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers • Maintain organized, accurate loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Manage multiple loan files, identifying and resolving discrepancies while ensuring all conditions are cleared prior to closing • Collect, review, and analyze borrower documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for final loan approval • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely loan processing and closing. • Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously • At least 2 years of experience processing loans, preferred • Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and processing workflows, preferred • Experience working in a builder-affiliated or high-volume lending environment, preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
