In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Develop, maintain, quality check, and enhance CLO compliance and waterfall models, including programming and analysis of collateral quality tests, coverage tests, concentration limits, payment structures, and cash flow mechanics to ensure adherence to governing transaction documents. Perform detailed reviews, reconciliations, and trend analyses to identify modeling issues, improve performance, strengthen controls, and support continuous enhancement of analytics processes and outputs in alignment with evolving market conditions and transaction structures.
