Credit card processing including downloading reports, issue of new credit cards, post payments and adjustments, increase/decrease limits, add & delete holds, process charge-offs, research statements, add or update an external account (credit card) to Bankway and scan credit card documents. Will also be responsible for processing mailed payments, file maintenance, making loan changes/updates, processing payoffs/history cards and answering questions by phone or email.
