*Role not eligible for sponsorship*RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li style="text-align:left">Coordinate and collect required documentation from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet loan closing deadlines.</li><li style="text-align:left">Order and review third-party reports including title, appraisal/evaluation, UCC searches, environmental screens, flood determinations, and insurance.</li><li style="text-align:left">Ensure proper documentation and loan coding in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li style="text-align:left">Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, escalating issues as needed.</li><li style="text-align:left">Validate and maintain accurate loan data in the loan origination system.</li><li style="text-align:left">Research and resolve loan issues promptly.</li><li style="text-align:left">Collaborate with third parties (title company, Insurance agency, etc.) to ensure requirements of loan closing are met.</li><li style="text-align:left">Perform or request maintenance and servicing on commercial loans, as requested.</li><li style="text-align:left">Attend and participate in loan assistant meetings.</li><li style="text-align:left">Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks</li><li style="text-align:left">Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards</li><li style="text-align:left">Other duties as assigned</li></ul>COMPETENCIES<ul><li style="text-align:left">Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills</li><li style="text-align:left">Written and Verbal Communication</li><li style="text-align:left">Ability to understand and follow directions</li><li style="text-align:left">Adaptable to change</li><li style="text-align:left">Basic Computer Skills</li><li style="text-align:left">Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented</li><li style="text-align:left">Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities</li><li style="text-align:left">Ability to work as part of a team</li></ul>SCHEDULEOffice hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Manage the processing of titles for newly financed vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and match titles to appropriate loan files when received. Stay current with bank, investor, and regulatory changes, including out-of-state changes in title and vehicle registration processes, and assist in communicating changes to other collateral associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Accurately board collateral loan data to host system</li><li>Ensure all liens are fully secured on every collateralized consumer loan, including timely processing of liens and maintaining accurate documentation.</li><li>Ensure the bank’s lien positions on all collateral are properly perfected, maintained, and released in a timely manner</li><li>Audit and ensure proper documentation for all title processing on vehicle purchases</li><li>Perform basic research requests for lien placements and terminations, including contacting title offices in other states, under direct supervision.</li><li>Stay current with bank, investor, and regulatory changes, including out-of-state changes in title and vehicle registration processes, and assist in communicating changes to other collateral associates</li><li>Provide general guidance and support to the affiliate banks and dealers in regard to collateral maintenance</li><li>Manage the processing of titles for newly financed vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and match titles to appropriate loan files when received</li><li>Apply State of Ohio and other US states’ vehicle laws, lien placement and title assignments in order to protect the Bank's security interest</li><li>Process electronic titles using the online electronic system and file/terminate UCC statements using the Secretary of State site, when applicable.</li><li>Complete compliance on secured installment collateral to verify accurate lien information</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in incomplete collateral documentation or lien status.</li><li>Make recommendations to management for improved workflow and service to customers</li><li>Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks</li><li>Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <ul><li>Knowledge of Premier Navigator, including inquiry and maintenance capabilities, and Microsoft Office programs preferred.
