Working in partnership with educators serving students in grades 6–12 in Camden, NJ, the Coach will support the implementation of high-quality, student-centered literacy instruction that strengthens reading comprehension, critical thinking, and students' ability to engage with complex, grade-level texts. Provide individualized, job-embedded instructional coaching through three structured teaching-and-learning cycles, incorporating cycle goal setting, unit internalization, lesson study, lesson rehearsal and modeling, side-by-side coaching, student data and work analysis, and reflection on cycle goal attainment.
