The Post-Sale Specialist is responsible for actively managing assigned accounts and coordinating with internal teams, attorneys, vendors, and other third parties to resolve issues, maintain established timelines, and drive timely completion of post-sale activities. This position provides oversight of the post-sale process, including deed recordings, third-party fund applications, evictions, and the FHA Second Chance process, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established investor, regulatory, and company requirements.
