This role is responsible for ensuring loan processing, documentation, servicing, collateral administration, reporting, and operational support functions are efficient, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused. The Senior Manager will lead a team of operational professionals, drive process improvements, manage operational risk, and support the Association's strategic objectives.
