Working in close partnership with the Product Owner, site leadership, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Quality and regional and global Supply Chain partners, this role leads the Supply Chain activities required to take a new operation from concept and project planning through supplier and material readiness, systems implementation, production launch, ramp-up, stabilization, and transition to the permanent site organization. NATURE AND SCOPE: This is a highly visible project leadership role requiring broad supply chain and procurement expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to lead through influence in a complex, cross-functional environment.
