Own carrier strategy & performance: Lead sourcing events (mini‑bids/RFPs), contract & rate governance, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assure capacity, cost discipline, and service. + Elevate technology & analytics: Maximize our TMS capabilities, automate routine decisions, and publish role‑based dashboards for DC leaders and executives (e.g., OTIF, tender rejections, claims, accessorials, and CO2 equivalents). + Design & execute the freight roadmap: Translate business goals into a multi‑quarter freight program with clear charters, milestones, and quantified business cases (cost, service, risk).
