This role serves as a subject matter expert for logistics processes, transportation execution, and issue resolution, while supporting business continuity and customer satisfaction. The Senior Logistics Representative works closely with internal stakeholders, external carriers, and service providers to coordinate shipments, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.</div><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">This is a hybrid position in Midland, MI</p>

Responsibilities:
<div>The position will have responsibilities to include, but not limited to:</div><div> </div><div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-left:0in">Manage Transportation Planning & Subcontracting/Freight booking & Freight Execution Process within agreed timelines.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Inco Term, add language for understanding market</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Monitor Freight Settlement process, including Invoice Matching/Dispute Management of freight invoices</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Keep internal parties informed of delays and act as point of contact for escalation.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Monitor key performance indicators (ADD, OTL, OTP, & OTD, QN rates) and identify and lead  projects to improve efficiency (Service, Cash & Sustainability) and monitor cost to serve</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Build strong relationship with Logistic Service Providers to ensure satisfactory & continues improved Service Level Agreements, including facilitation of regular Carrier Performance Management reviews.</li></ul></div>

Qualifications:
<div><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a business, logistics, Supply Chain, finance, or technology related field. <div>Our client, a global manufacturer in the Belding MI area, is seeking a seasoned <strong>Trade Compliance Manager</strong>. This person should have deep expertise in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and the <strong>Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA)</strong>.
