Ownership of customer Chargebacks/Fines & Fees process end-to-end including reporting, analytics, disputing invalid fines, proactively identifying ways to mitigate future charges, partnering with our technology team to design novel solutions to both dispute and avoid charges Participate in Supply Chain Team projects that drive initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-to-serve, and service performance for your customer accounts Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
