Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) direct management experience, including salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment; (2) experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques; and (3) experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
