Provide support functions to include monitoring, coordinating, editing, and processing of requisitions and materiel release orders, updating associated tracking systems, furnishing supply status, identifying, and resolving system problems, receiving, reviewing, processing and coordinating excess reports and listings, and providing associated technical and logistics studies/reports. Calculate and identify factors affecting various metrics such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF); Operational Availability, Operational Readiness (OR), Mean Down Time (MDT), Spares to Life Cycle Cost Ratio, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Ratio (MR), Maintenance Cost per Hour, Ownership Cost, etc.
