Advise the SDA Accountable Property Officer (APO) on the research, development, drafting, and implementation of Agency logistics policies, procedures, and documentation (regulations, SOPs, checklists) covering APSRs, material management, transportation and GSA leased vehicle fleet operations, Internal Use Software accountability, and real property accountability.
