This role leads a diverse team of remote field and office-based staff in the development and implementation of strategies to reduce shrink and controllable losses, ensure the safety and physical security of stores, and corporate offices. Loss Prevention Director develops, plans, directs, and implements an effective strategy and programs for the protection, safeguarding and security of employees, intellectual property, integrity, reputation, and physical assets of the company.
