GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Program Director, Community Prevention and Treatment Services (CPTS) is responsible for the development and monitoring of systems that support the fiscal management, program planning, implementation, monitoring, supervision, and evaluation of all activities related to HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) treatment, prevention and outreach programs. Collaborates with the Director of Behavioral Health to create seamless workflows- ensuring linkage(s) to Collaborative Care and BH Clinic services for CPTS patients in need of mental health, addiction, and/or co-occurring treatment services.
