This position works closely with executive leadership, regional and national teams, project managers and work teams to meet labor requirements and ensure successful execution of project and service work, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives, regulations and applicable union bargaining agreements. Creates and maintains positive relationships and open communications with senior management, regional teams, project teams, customers, sub-contractors, architects, vendors, other trades, union representatives, office, and field staff.
