Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. Qualifications: LPN, computer knowledge required, knowledge of MDS preferred, must have good organizational and follow through skills, must have good communication skills, ability to be flexible with work hours as needed, experience in long term care preferred.
