Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field 5-10 years of commercial/industrial construction or mission critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar)‑critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar) Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions across multiple stakeholders & teams‑functional teams Tasks and Responsibilities: -Lead daily on‑site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings on a data center campus -Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including monthly forecasts, CPM updates, and detailed look‑ahead plans. -Maintain consistent communication with senior management, contractor leadership, vendors, and operations teams to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution.
