Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties. Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date.
