Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients • Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms, identifying and responding to arrhythmias or changes in patient status • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care plans • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and self-care management • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record • Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency protocols as needed ✅ Requirements • Active HI or Compact RN license • ACLS, BLS/BCLS certifications • 2+ years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring Pay Pay range: $2,340 to $2,436 per week.
