You will be responsible for driving operational excellence through financial management, workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking that enable engineering teams to successfully deliver Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST), Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and Balance of Plant (BOP) projects. Your ability to drive operational excellence, improve planning and execution processes, and provide actionable insights will play a key role in helping engineering teams meet strategic priorities, enable informed decision-making, and deliver value across the global business.
