You'll conduct assessments, develop service plans, coordinate care between CTI and community systems, provide case management, deliver family counseling and psychoeducation services, assist with psychosocial rehabilitation, and respond to crisis situations when needed. Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or Limited Permit holder.
