Job Summary: The ALS/MDA Patient Services Coordinator serves as a key clinical and administrative liaison within a provider-based Neurology clinic, supporting patients diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and neuromuscular disorders associated with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). The coordinator works closely with neurologists, advanced practice providers, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, clerical staff, therapists, social workers, respiratory therapy, infusion teams, and external agencies to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
