This role provides leadership to POD support staff and is accountable for ensuring daily operational discipline, proactive problem resolution, and continuous performance improvement aligned with WEL's pillars of Safety, Service, Revenue, and Retention. This role serves as the primary operational leader and planning point of contact for the POD, driving revenue per truck, asset utilization, service performance, and driver retention.
