In this dual role, you will welcome Lincoln showroom guests with a warm, luxury hospitality experience while driving our Business Development Center (BDC) appointment desk-answering inbound sales calls, following up with internet and service-to-sales prospects, and scheduling VIP showroom test-drive and vehicle-appraisal appointments. Own Inbound & Outbound BDC Calls: Answer incoming sales and main-line phone calls promptly, handle customer inquiries with warmth and urgency, and make outbound follow-up calls to internet leads, lease-maturity guests, and service-drive acquisition opportunities.
