Possession of a master's degree in nursing or related field; Four (4) years of continuous, full-time experience in direct patient care practice as a staff registered nurse; Prior experience as a nursing program director or assistant director; Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or leading projects; Strong communication skills; Project management and organizational skills; Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; Experience using simulation as a teaching strategy.
