Serve as a client-facing technical leader by working with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Development, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define requirements, guide solutions, resolve integration issues, and support defect triage and technical troubleshooting. Oversee go-live and production readiness activities, including playbooks, pilot plans, validation plans, code promotions, approval checkpoints, cutover readiness, operational readiness, post-installation verification, and improvements in automation, quality controls, repeatability, and developer productivity.
