The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses while supporting patients and families through goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, advance care planning, and end-of-life decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience working in acute care, palliative care, hospice, ICU, or oncology settings.
