Manage patients with complex conditions including sepsis, ARDS, cardiogenic shock, MI, chest pain, pneumonia, ventilator dependence, and post-operative critical care needs. Perform advanced ICU nursing skills such as arterial line care, central line management, blood product administration, EKG interpretation, and ventilator management.
