Our IHM community includes 224 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with 56 skilled and transitional care units, designed to support residents through changing health needs while maintaining dignity, comfort, and meaningful community connections. Working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the nursing team, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and help ensure individualized care plans are carried out with excellence.
