Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Nursing Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: WA or Compact License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Strong clinical skills in a stepdown setting - Ability to work as part of a cohesive team - Flexibility to float between units as needed Description: The registered nurse will provide patient care in a stepdown unit. Common diagnoses include CVA/TIA, STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain, CHF, renal failure, respiratory distress, DKA, PE/DVT, afib, and pre/post cardiac procedures.
